Wonder Tap: a calm sensory touch world for babies and toddlers
Wonder Tap is a touch app for children roughly 6 to 18 months old. Touch something, and something wonderful happens. There is nothing to win, nothing to unlock and nowhere to get lost, so a baby can explore freely and a parent can relax.
How it works
The app opens straight into a world, with no menu and no loading bar. Animals answer every tap with their own voice and movement, scenery reacts to touch, and the whole scene keeps breathing gently even when nobody is touching it. Everything responds in well under a tenth of a second, which is what makes a young child feel in charge.
The eight worlds
- Sunny Farm. Cow, pig, chicken, duck, sheep, horse, dog and cat, plus a spinning windmill, a rumbling tractor and a pond the duck swims across.
- Under the Sea. Dolphins, turtles, jellyfish, clownfish, crabs, seahorses and starfish drifting through soft light and bubbles.
- Little Jungle. Monkeys, tigers, parrots, toucans, sloths and frogs among swinging vines and rustling leaves.
- Nighttime. Owls, foxes, hedgehogs, moths and crickets under a quiet sky, for winding down before sleep.
- Snowy Arctic. Penguins, seals, walruses and bear cubs, with ice chimes and gentle snowfall.
- Backyard. Butterflies, bunnies, squirrels, dragonflies and flowers that bend and grow when touched.
- Things That Go. Friendly vehicles that roll, beep and set off on little trips across the page.
- Game Day. A soccer ball, a basketball hoop, a baseball tee and a bouncing tennis ball, with a cheering crowd.
Parent Space
Press and hold the corner button for two seconds to reach settings. From there you can choose the world, set the volume and sensory level, turn on word mode so each animal is gently named aloud, and set a session length that ends in a calm rest screen rather than a sudden stop.
Safety and privacy
No ads. No accounts to play. No data collected about your child. Once loaded, Wonder Tap works entirely offline, so it keeps working on planes and in the car.

- Does Wonder Tap collect personal data about my child?
- No accounts are required to play and nothing about your child is collected. Play happens on the device, and the app works fully offline once it has loaded.

- Yes. Add Wonder Tap to your home screen and every world, animal and sound keeps working in airplane mode, which makes it ideal for flights and car journeys.

- Yes. In the Parent Space you can set a gentle session length. When the time is up a calm rest screen appears instead of an abrupt stop.
